The Patton, Morgan & Clark Insurance Agency was established as the
Patton Morgan Insurance Agency in 1930. The agency was founded by the
late Roy Patton and John Morgan, who at the time were officers of Canton
Savings & Loan. The agency principally managed homeowners insurance
for their mortgage customers in the early years.
In 1965, James
P. Clark was hired to run the agency and the name was changed to Patton,
Morgan & Clark Insurance Agency. The tradition of providing personalized
and professional insurance and financial services was started at this
time and remains as our principle goal today. In 1994, J.P. Clark retired
and today the agency continues to grow under the leadership of Rego Jones
and Greg Stamey.
